New moderator...

Chris, don't just appoint anyone as a moderator. A moderator should have something to do with the forum he/she is moderating.<br><br>Like put 999 (WHERE ARE YOU???) moderator of design oriented forums,<br><br>Make Dan East and maybe two other programmers I know...one which I know very well...*cough*...moderators of programming oriented forums <br><br>etc...<br><br>Either way moderator shouldn't be based on only of number of posts. But they can't be all new either. It takes a while to get into the board.<br><br>my $0.02...

My vote is for a election. We could vote on the rules, then we could vote on the indications and then we could vote on the candidates. Bah, it's so simple! Just do the following:<br>Make people mod of the forum which describes their own skills best, but they cannot use their mod-powers on other boards. Make two coders moderators of General Developer Discussion. Maybe Moose and Chuck mod in Anything Discussion (;)), like 999 and me in Multimedia and so on. Brian will be mod in PocketWolf, Dan in PQuake and Fredrik and Carpe in Argentum. Matt and Chris are the "Overlords" of the bord, which means they are everywhere MOD. I think that's a good idea.<br>-Shape
