E-125 overclocking?

Does anyone know how overclock a Cassiopeia E-125?  Brighthand had a howto o it, but the site doesnt work right now.

Just go to Brighthand, they work for me

I am kinda new to this. I am also looking for a way to overclock my E-125. I read the postings of Brighthand. This doesn't say much about overclocking but could anyone let me know how to overclock?
