Phone attachments?

Is anyone aware of any attachments (Bluetooth, Wired USB, Wired Serial, CF/SD, etc) that enable mobile phone functionality in Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPCs? (I have a Dell Axim X51v), I remember some of the Handspring Visors had it available.
