I'm sure someone will get right on it. Apart from the fact that:
a) The source was never released (to my knowledge)
b) Considering the speed PQ runs at in landscape-mode, despite the impressive coding work & optimisations, MDK would never be truly playable due to it's relative complexity.
c) It'd be huge (storage-wise)
d) It wouldn't be legal to distribute, as Shiny Entertainment still own the code & data.
