Broken Sword 1 HELP!!!

I tried running the full version of Broken Sword 2, and it ran fine (except for the bugs I stated in another post).
When I tried to run the BS1 demo, I got a message asking that he needs the game CD to play . (so he did find the game!)

Does anyone knows what are the minimum files for Broken 1 (let's say) still to be able to play.

Because if you add all as they say, I would need more than 500MB!?

For example if I "miss" the music files will the game work?

you just need :

compacts.clu
General.clu
Maps.clu
Scipts.clu
Swordres.rif
text.clu

but others CLU are the map so just need the one you use (juste the CD1 for exemple.

try with all the clu from the first CD...
maybee that only work with the french one...but I don't think so...
