Toolbar would be bloody handy - but I can't draw ;>

It's not usable on my Cassiopeia, and I don't know what the speed cost is.

And I can't lower the sampling rate because it appears too ingrained.

Annoying that. Maybe I just need to hack the crap out of fmopl ;>

If you've got diffs I would love them. We also need a toolbar of some description for Sam and Max - we can detect Sam and Max because it's in the SCUMM details.

Sam and Max music will probably not work - the format of the music has changed. I need to build a special version of scummvm for it.

I'll probably go through at some point and tidy it up, but I have other more pressing things to look at ;> (such as - how to make fmopl produce lower quality sound)
