Sound problem on the J565

Ok, this has happened twice to me. I am in the game playing a mission and all of a sudden all of the sound and sound fx stop. So, I decide to exit the game, and when I click the exit button the game freezes. I then have to perform a softreset to get out. I don't know much about the device since it is just a loner, but that's what happens. Anyone else have this problem?
