All the games developed by Feejo Soft use PocketFrog for pocketPC and PocketHAL for Symbian + Hekkus as sound lib.

So is Screen Scriber available? Also, can I assume that Lord Of Sirius is also written with PocketHAL? The screen shots of that look pretty cool.

ScreenScriber available, but only Russian version. Lord Of Sirius also uses PocketHAL but not yet completed.
