It's been a while since I've done this, because usually I just test right on my device, but you can try this link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en. I know the details say that this is just for connecting to .NET 2003, but if I'm not mistaken this also allows you to use Explorer, ActiveSync, and an Emulator all in tandem, so you can drag your files to the emulator just like you normally would to a device. Hope this helps.
