For me the priority would be:
1. Proper VGA.
3. Device compatibility - are there any issues?
3. OpenGL - DirectX.
Since I only use PHAL I don't care about PF.
Then I would need some motivation, can you provide that? I have not done anything on the game I am developing in the last 8 months. The task ahead is porting my communication layer to Symbian and I feel this was much easier in Win32.
