PocketHAL 1.0.1 released

PocketHAL 1.0.1 now available.

This is a maintenance release and includes the following fixes:

- Fixed Taskbar visibility issue on Handheld PCs.
- Fixed problem with the Motorola Q9
- Fixed GAPI emulation on Pocket PC 2000 devices. This will result in better performances on devices lacking GX.DLL.

I can confirm the following two problems (I reproduced them on my Axim x50v):

1) The screen isn't put into portrait on WM2003SE + devices when it should (it used to).
2) The performance of VGA devices running in QVGA mode dropped considerably.

I will now work on fixing these two issues.
