Text Plotting PF Extension

Don't know if this will be of any use to anyone, but here goes...
This is a simple PocketFrog extension to display text using standard 8x16 VGA fonts. That might not sound great, but they actually look quite good, no worse I think than system fonts (although not scalable of course).
It's a very simple function and if nothing else is more efficient than displaying system fonts using DC's (I found this out the hard way). I've included 10 or so fonts, documentation (quickly hacked together) on using it, and one header file with the single function.
