Yes, people with XScale devices can run PF games.

Bui8ld for the arm platform ( eVC does not contain anything XScale )

The XScale CPUs have a super-set of the StrongARM instructions, so as long as code isn't doing anything processor-specific (using the special hardware registers, chip functions, etc) then StrongARM code should run on the XScale.

(Quick answer: Should work fine).
