using GapiDrawNet wrapper for 3.00 error:NOTINITIALIZED

was working fine. then i tried to run it on a new pocket PC with Windows Mobile 6 Classic then i get this error:
"Error C8660080: NOTINITIALIZED: All surface objects must be created before use (OpenDisplay/CreateSurface)."
can enyone help me?
