Problems running on Jornada

I've done the tutorial and everything is peachy until I try to run on my HP. I get a "Cannot find <program> (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available."

Now, the gd104.dll and the exe files are both in the windows/start folder and I'm using the correct gd104.dll for the PDA.

So, is there anything I'm missing? IE do I have to have gx.dll on the PDA?

Complete mistake on my part. I got it fixed. I downloaded the lib rather than the dll.
