What type of games/apps would you like to see announced, discussed for ages with hundreds of messages, then not released? Any type of pocket pc program is ok, choose whatever you like. Please vote in the poll and choose the reason for its non-release.

The sad thing is that when you say 'recent cancellation of a certain high-profile project' it could mean at least 3 seperate programs, although I guess I know the one you mean :)

I take it you would want to add some extra options to the poll:

A) Bribery
B) Sheer incompetence

You mean like some developer would bribe ionside to not release Argentum, all because it is (was) a "bar-raising" game for the Pocket PC?

I can't believe it! If so, I am assuming that the major players, like ZioSoft, would do that. If that is true, it makes you want to crack all their games and release them as warez, doesn't it? Actually, that sort of happened (but not quite like that) with
Shape and Moose and stuff, didn't it? We all learned a lesson there...

That would be horrible. I would be extremely mad if I found out that that was true. Carpedium, I hope that you "seize the day" and not just seize the cash for your own selfish desires! I still doubt that it is bribery, but still...

I am kind of slow sometimes when it comes to jokes, but I thought this might be one when I had no idea what the poll was about! :)

I just don't know what would possess someone to not release a game just because someone else didn't want to raise the bar so that person bribed the other person! (that sentence didn't make much sense, but I think you understand...)
