Please help, I'm in eternal hell.

I get to the point where I have to replace the music and video, yadda yadda, I'm sure you've all heard the story before. Htf am I supposed to use PSXldr? I created a game iso, and PSM file, with psmplay, but when I choose "rip all" the iso size doesn't lower at all. Am I doing something wrong? I'm in a 92 degree room right now, and I've tried a billion programs trying to fit one freakin rom on my card, so I'm sorry If I sound a little rude, I'm just kinda stressed. I'm fed up with winiso or whatever else is out there, and I just found a guide for using psxldr, unfortunatley, its real brief.

Thanks for any help,

You have to compress your iso file using PocketIso.
