I had 2 problems with it.
1. I couldn't get any of my games to run under the cvs build of WineX (I got a few to install, but none would actually run)
2. eVC++ wouldn't install or run.
Honestly, I would love to dump windows and use linux, and I plan on following the wine/winex developement process very closely. As soon as winex is released for free (I read that once they get enough subscribers they will release all of their code to be built in with the official wine source) or becomes a much more complete system, I will switch back. But, for now, I need the game support, my dad needs MS money support (I read that wine does not support 2002 or 2003) and I can't live without eVC++.
Oh, as for X itself, I like it much better than the windows gui.
