As far as this thread goes, I don't think ANY RTS should have a pause-and-order system. This would take away from the RT part of the game.
And Moose, no, Max Payne does not have a pause-and-order system, it is a slow motion system.
RWGASt...TBS stands for Turn-Based-Strategy.
