I hate food (well in games :P) and micromanagement. It's boring, annoying, and a real pain to maintain.

Not harvest. More of like structures that magicly supply food. Like in war2 there are farms, and in sc there are pylons and farms. Like each building would allow for 10 "men" to be fed (the main base always supplies some too). Also, some guys cost more food, but that is not necessery to include. The gather food for yourself is pointless as you have to simply build more guys to gather. It is best to have constant supplies seeing how this is war driven (which is the best way) and not age driven (i.e. main goal is the build up a tech tree and survive which is just f***ing anoying).

That's just as annoying as having to harvest a 2nd type. Though you can build up too fast.. I can't decide what I want now.

I've seen the screenshots, read the posts, read the reviews, heard the hype. Argentum looks, sounds, and almost defnitely IS incredible, and I would buy it if I could, but it doesn't run on the Zaurus. All of the other suggestions sound good too -- they'd make it just that much more like a PC RTS experience, especially skirmish and keymapping.

**My only sugestion: Port Argentum to the SHARP Zaurus SL-5x00 series.**

I know nothing about the process, I admit, but the Z runs the same hardware specs as the mainstream Pocket PC's, so I imagine Ag would run fine if it were converted, and it would be very worth it for everyone.

If you have to add one thing to the UI, how about a waypoint function? This would be great to get around the admittetly poor pathfinding. I think I've mentioned this before, I'm not sure though.

The game needs a quicklaunch or something like that that will build random missions so you can play it over and over again without going through the same mission.

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but I think it would be cool.
