Ok, best thing to do at this point is to just close the browser
window and then open a new browser window and go back to the Monkeystone
site. Enter the store and click on the My Account section and login.

You will be able to view and download your past orders. A couple of
things to watch out for when downloading files are:
First, make sure you are NOT using download assist programs like
Go!Zilla. If you are using Go!Zilla you can bypass it by holding "Alt"
while left-clicking on the link. If you are using a different download
assistant product, you will have to check that program's instructions on
how to bypass it.
Second, make sure you are left-clicking on the link, instead of right
clicking and choosing "Save As".
