AOL sucks alright, and i think MSN is already built-in in Windows ME and XP, so i think it's already installed but nope hehe, i won't use it, sorry, i'm an ICQ fan<br>

ICQ is the best overall, YIM is the worst over with MSN coming in on a close second. AIM is cool, and I've got the biggest contact list with people I actually talk to on it, but other than sending messages it's useless. It's too bad ICQ had to bring out those 2000 versions with all the advertisements and built in 'features' for 'easy' emailing, SMS, etc. etc.

I use AIM because that is what everyone I know uses.  I used to use ICQ, but then I moved, and no one uses ICQ where I live now.

That's pretty much the same story with me. I use ICQ with anyone that I frequently pass files with, like people i work with, or people who want me to design a webpage, or something that requires file transfers.... because ICQ is good at that... and AIM isn't ... err, ya.
