Flux is starting a RTS-game, too. It's called 'Red Tide' () and looks amazing. Well, 'The Mark' also looked amazing, but the game was nothing but a big fat piece of crap.<br>Looks like Argentum also needs a very good gameplay to be da hammer. What do you think?

Don't worry. Argentum has pretty good gameplay, in my view atleast.

Yeah, well Fredrik you're making the game, of course you think it is good, as do I.  But, the creators of Fade thought their game was great as well; in fact even after giving a pretty sympathetic review of it, the creator still had the nerve to say he completely disagrees with everything I found wrong with it, he thinks it is an exceleent game, and believes it is the best PPC game to date.

their screenshots look impressive, but I would be interested in seeing closer shots to get more detail. And it looks like their game has totally flat surfaces.

I think they should have waited, and created a mod with your engine.<br><br>It looks like an RTS, but it wasn't much that was awe-inspiring from the dinky screenshots. Maybe I missed the fullscreen shots.

sure, it would leave lots of opportunity for islands and the terrain of the beaches.<br><br>Actually I was referring more to the overall fact that Ag has some funckin' WHOOPASS alpha-blending and shadows. And the AI and path finding is straight-up killer.

I'm sorry guys, but it won't. CARPE has secretly made a deal with Palm owners around the world. They've paid him millions to make it runable on the m100, causing the graphics to go downward to a mere set of pixels for units, no terrain, and you can forget about weapon effects.<br>~
