Wow.

... as impressive as the engine looks. Reading these threads has shown exactly what is wrong with the game making industry these days.

A great engine is completed.

People are now saying and have been saying "ok go make up a story now!"

WTF? Remember when a story would drive the game being created? Now it is about creating an engine and then crafting some half ass lame story that will fit in the confines of the engine.
the story's been there since the beginning as far as i know. its changed a little but they didnt just make the game then think of a plot. and i dont know any companies that do it that way.

in fact, many game developers are becoming more like directors in the way they hire professional film writers for more immersive stories.

Actually, "War of the Moons" sounds good, but it doesn't make sense, unless you put something in the story about Phobos and Deimos (sp?). Yeah. Ummm... release date, anyone?

I think you guys will make sooo much more money by actually having it boxed and in retail stores. I mean, I haven't seen any boxed Pocket PC software, just crappy Palm stuff!!! F_A_R_G I hate Palm! They are F-@-r-Ging day planners, not pocket computers!

I'm serious. I mean, if someone has just bought a $300-$600 Pocket PC and they see this, the best PDA game ever, sitting on the store shelf for $20-$30, they are going to likely buy it, if they like games at all. I hope you guys release it soon. That way, we can all play it! Ahhh! Release it! Ahhh!

You'll make lots of money, too!

Heck, I betcha a few kids will buy a Pocket PC just so they can play this sweet game on it.

Die, Palm, Die. If that offended you, then get rid of your Palm OS device.
