OK, so i know they suck as far a web pages go, but im just using thier bandwidth, so whatever. Check it:

And right click/save the image to see the full sized snow map. Im hoping to get some input on my land/texture work here.... Also, i already know what it is going to be "about" mission wise, but im open to any ideas anyone might have. Just reply to this thread :!:

Also, i have been trying [for days] to create a photoshop action, that will use the color selection of someones map, and create fog for it. Obviously it wont look perfect, but i might be able to create a "mist". I had one that looked really nice, but the history pallete was only at "the last 5 actions" so i couldnt reproduce it. [jesus christ... and i KNOW better than that!] Anyways, after i have completed the Argentum addon, i will release everything together, along with everything i used. [except photoshop :)] Let me know what you think fellas.

Well, yes i do actually have some questions regarding level/story creation.

First though, i have been working alot so during these days [16 hour shift in the hospital] i cannot do anything except sleep. Sorry, thats life *shrug* But on my next few days off im going to really start going at it.
My question though right now is, can you make it so that during the middle of a level, the player could have a conversation with someone. Is the game setup in such a way so that i could include a story in which the player would have to make decisions that would change things? [even during the middle of a mission?] Right now, its setup so that they simply give you instructions, then from there you just go do it.

Do you think the engine would allow "conversational decision making" to go on during the level playing itself?

The scripting in Ag is very basic, you can't really have any sort of decision, just instructions. You CAN do something like 2 different paths into the enemy base, and have each one different, but that's kinda hackish more than anything.

Hmmmm... Once I get the cash, I might just buy Argentum. I dont see many other games out there for the PPC that compare to Argentum.
