1.21R Released

Enhancments are as follows:
moved:
map, angle bar, power meter, buttons, and wind to obtain more screen space, and better overall layout.
created:
saving of settings when exiting,
new tv screen (bottom right), links to game options screen....
(game options screen):
Ability to select avaliable weapons,
Player stats,
Game stats,
Map and Angle toggle buttons.
fixed:
music not stopping completly...
small bugs, i.e computer not giving up the nuke after one shot etc,
one installer to rule them all, includes 2002 and 2000 versions, as well as automatically installing GAPI (if required), and does not overwrite previous registration information!
