Anyone know how I can convert the image's to 16bit? I figured out that the images are 24bit and that is probably why they are not working right in the game. I tried to use that "IrFanView" program, but I couldn't figure out if I could convert the image to 16bit.

What are you editing the images with? If you are using Paint Shop Pro, then hit Save As, then Options. You can select 8, 16 or 24 bit, as well as whether or not to use RLE compression.

If you do make something where they move, would you be more likely to make them walk, parachute, or teleport?

Walking makes the game to easy, and allows you to "hide" in valleys etc, hiding to easly from the other team.

Teleportation is not "really" in line with the game style, but then what is, there shooting sheep.

It would most likly be some sort of "parachute" style movement.... i.e the player has a weapon that they use to launch themself (catapult), big rubber band etc ;-) , once at the top of there trajectory or at a particular height they would then parachute down....

I think walking would be better. It is very easy to beat the first two difficulties even if you start out in the open. Moving around wouldn't really make it easier because after you move behind a hill you still have to shoot over the hill without hitting the side and blowing yourself up. The catapult/canon idea sounds really cool, but would it be possible for you to make it so they can walk?
