my population stops growing

my population stops growing at around 3500 people, even though there are plenty of availible offices and other places and i have 41 million dollars.

Also, where is the 13th floor?

Heh, many office buildings intentionally leave out the 13th floor because of superstition. As for the other question, don't know.

Hi, about the population, please check if some your virts abandoned their units.

nothing is abandoned

i made the building take up the whole playing area and on my 41 - 49 floor there is a whole chunk of about 80 offices that just haven't been used yet, they are green in the color code. i haven't even built anything above the 51 floor yet, its still all empty.

Make sure to have plenty of transportation to those floors

theres plenty of transporataion, i have all 5 stars, and i can just plug it in and let the game run on its own, but i still cant get above 3500 people. they come up the elevators and walk by the unused units to get to the others.

has anybody else gotten a population larger then 3500?

To be honest, I never actually played up to 3,500 population. But I'll be sure to try this out and get things fixed if there is any bug in it. But I'm very sure I set the maximum population to 5000. We will give you feedback on this.

my population problem was solved with the 1.10 upgrade, although 1.10 is much slower than 1.0
