If this did happen, please do a clean uninstall of all versions of Tower Mogul in your handheld. A clean uninstall also includes manually erasing the application folder found in the program files aside from the usual Remove Program exercise.
After removing Tower Mogul from the Remove Program facility, tap on START > FILE EXPLORER > select MY DEVICE > PROGRAM FILES. Then tap and hold on the Tower Mogul folder and tap delete.
Afterwards, please try re-installing the game again. The demo version saved files might have a conflict with the full version of Tower Mogul.
