how come i cannot build grand lobby?

Love the game, bought it yesterday. Hoe come I cannot build a Grand Lobby? It is there to select, but it doesnt turn green when i go to place it...

I believe you need to build it over an existing lobby. It's two levels high, so try bulldozing above the existing lobby first. Not sure if all this is required, but that definitely should work.

Yes that is correct. In addition, you need at least 4 stars before the grand lobby unit appears.
