For the indication about no answer since 2002, this was a typing error

on my mail (sorry about that), I was talking about no answer to the first post feb 2004 on the same problem.
The good news is that what ever delay you might have now because of technical problem or other, a customer going to this thread will see that you DO send code, and that they don't have to worry if it is a little bit late ...
By the way, this software is a good job.
