Waiting LONG Time For Updated Registration

I don't know where else to turn. I purchased DEXPlor Jan. 16th, 2005 and loved it! I updated the ROM on my Axim x50v and my registration key no longer works. I sent a couple emails regarding this issue and received one reply on Febuary 2nd that told me to reply to the message with my new product ID. Since then I have replied countless times with my product ID and have not received ANYTHING from Dan East. So I am currently a paid user who can't use the product.

I just got a new Dell Axim X50 and need a new key for it. My emails have also gone unreplied. This has happened to me before and Dan has always been very prompt. (with a no fault exception in that spamming incident) I'm sure he will be back with a very reasonable explanation and we will all be happy. I would be interested in knowing how that online registration thingy was coming along, though.
