I'm posting a public message here, because I know of no other method to reach this individual.
A certain German customer with the initials JW purchased DEXplor on 5/18/2005. Their Registration Key was sent out immediately that same day. As is my procedure, two emails were sent containing the key in two different formats. A couple weeks later the customer emailed stating they had not received their key. I sent out another copy, in addition to another email with no attachment (in the event their mail server blocks emails with attachments) that had a url to download the key from my web server. A couple weeks later they emailed again stating they did not receive a key, and I replied with multiple emails.
This lovely game has gone on a few times now, with me sending out a dozen emails in an attempt to get a key to this customer. Since this individual raised a dispute with PayPal I have issued a refund so I won't have to waste any more of my time. In the event that the individual happens to read this post I have a message: It is irresponsible for you to purchase items online when you do not have the ability (or the technical prowess) to simply receive and read an email. Stick to Wal-Mart (or appropriate German equivalent department store). And, if you really didn't receive a single email from me, you should do some serious bitching to your ISP and / or email provider.

Well, I HAVEN'T received a single email from you nor have I received a single reply in these forums since March 3, 2006. I don't think it is too much to ask of you to respond with a registration code via pocketmatrix. It is irresponsible of you to sell a product online and make the product support claims that you do if you don't have the ability (or the technical prowess) to live up to them. I realize that $13 is not much to ask for a great program like Dexplor, and I have probably got my moneys worth out of it since I was able to use it for a couple years. But I purchased the program with the understanding that I would have it for life. Your inability to produce a new code for me has rendered it useless. Now I own a working demo of a program that I paid full price for. But thats not what pisses me off. What really pisses me off is being ignored and having my requests go unanswered. I don't really expect to get a response after all this time, but I wanted you to know that there is at least ONE pissed off customer due to your registration system, IF you are still reading these posts.
