The Hewlett Packard Pocket PC 2000 devices are the slowest. I believe the processor runs at 133 mhz, but it also seems to have the slowest architecture as well. The iPaq was the fastest at 206 mhz. It also had the fastest memory access times. However, with Pocket PC 2002 the devices have become much more standardized. All PPC 2002 devices use the iPaq's 206 mhz ARM processor. I have yet to see benchmarks for the new devices, which would illustrate if one or the other performed substantially better due to their architecture.

Dan East
