NDA's and Royalty agreements

Anyone have a good source that I can use for template NDA's and Royalty agreements? I'd like to simplify my life with a feel in the blank paper :)

I did find a nice one at howstuffworks.com for the NDA, but no real luck finding anything for royalty/payment agreements.
