Do all Windows Mobile based devices have 565 color format?

Please, do all the new and existing Pocket PC based on Windows Mobile have the color format RGB = 565 bits?
I had only two devices so far, and they both had 565 color format. Is it enough if my graphic counts with 565 color format?
