VS2005 and Wireless MMX (WMMX) intrinsics.

Postby pquinton » Apr 20, 2007 @ 10:13am

Has anyone got any experience of using Visual Studio 2005 and using Wireless MMX (WMMX) intrinsics?

I've tried using them with VS2005 native, and with the Intel Compiler for CE.. but I'm getting many errors such as:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\CE\BIN\x86_arm\mmintrin.h(196) : warning C4391: '__m64 _m_from_int(int)' : incorrect return type for intrinsic function, expected 'union'"

for each of the intrinsics in the header file..

Any ideas?

Thanks.
Phil.
