Okay this has nothing really to do with PDAs but hey, its new and its interesting ;-)<br> has just reviewed the 2nd Beta format of the new Microsoft Windows XP aka Whistler. Looks cool, but its a MONSTER. 2GB of unused space? 128 megs RAM? that is rediculous!

No it's not. Hard drives are already up to 100GB at a reasonable price, not to mention RAID machines. 128MB of RAM has been small for a while now.<br>And It wants all that extra space for the swap files. but it's rediculous for Laptops and especially for a MINIMUM requirement and stuff. that alienates alot of the market!

What are they supposed to do, keep coding for people that only have a p90.  I agree that it is a bit hefty, but PC's have come along way.  I cetainly never thought I'd be sitting at a 1.3GHz computer with 1GB RAM, but guess what, I am.
