NSBasic sllows you to do that. It also works for some VB-apps. The demo version @ doesnt allow you to code your own apps, but to run them

Decompiling retail software is illegal. And it's useless, as it makes the code unreadable without any white space.
Half-Life won't run for all the rat's asses in the world on any current PocketPC. That's like saying Quake3 will run on a Pentium 133MHz. It technically does, but after you destroy the graphics, get rid of all the textures, and bring the sound quality down to 1hz.

I'd like to talk to this FuzzyRabbit person. He must be some kind of miracle worker, or a naive moron.
yeah if he did get it to work... it would probably be a slideshow... and he wouldn't be allowed to distribute it.. (legal issues)
Just because you can do a thing...

...it does not necessarily follow that you should do a thing.

Whilst people are porting QBasic to the PPC do you think they could do LOGO too? And maybe make a TI Calculator Emulator?

The source to that one VirtualTI TI Emu is available. I had it one my computer before the crash. And people aren't porting languages.
But if they do, they need to port MSVC++
