Does anyone know how to go about accessing the sound hardware of ppc and playing tones at certain frequency's for a certain amount of time. The time isnt a hard feature but i guess what i need to know is how do you play sound is this done with gapi? And does anyone know how to go about generating a tone im looking to do somthing like qbasic's play command.

Sorry, there's no simple function to do that. Search the net for source code that uses the waveOut functions to do such a thing.<br><br>Dan East
