BitBlt and LoadImage

Ok, I have 2 questions.  And they should be REALLY easy.<br><br>1) How the HELL do you load a Bitmap that is not a resource in CE?  I mean this is easy in Win32.<br>2) Once I have it, as a HBITMAP, then all I need to do is plop it in a DC right?  That should cover my 24bit to 16bit issues, right?<br><br>This is soooo easy in Win32, and GAPI is a piece of cake too, but I can't seem to do it on the PPC with GDI.  SOURCE CODE WOULD BE SOOOOOO NICE.
