I remember reading this interview a while back Andie. Sadly, nowadays, a $20 game that sells for 100 copies a month on Handango doesn't give the developer $2000 anymore. :?

Hi Erick -

No idea what I did last night when I posted but evidently my edited version went into the air.

So I removed the "article" for now and will re-write this evening.

You are right about the numbers. Due to increases in what distributors retain, a developer is left with less in his or her pocket end of the month.

Perhaps a more appropriate area to discuss is pricing by distributor. :)

Talk soon, Andie
