The Rules

Make sure you follow the rules exactly! We've added one more.

1) You must be a registered member of the forums
2) All entries must be submitted within exactly one week of this post
3) You must currently own a PocketPC

How to Enter

1) You must reply in this thread naming at least 1 unique confirmed Ace from any war, from any country. (Google is your friend here!)
2) You may only respond to this thread ONCE, if you post twice you will be removed from the contest.

Winners will be selected at the end of the contest by Mike Rubits or Matt Keys.

Manfred von Richthofen.

Richthofen had been responsible for shooting down 80 allied aircraft, the highest score of any fighter pilot during the First World War.

Adolphe Pegoud is generally recognised as the first flying ace by shooting down 6 German aircraft in 1915 during World War I.

He was the first man in Europe to descend from an aircraft in a parachute and became the first pilot to perform a loop.

He was the first ace killed in aerial combat, ironically shot down by a former student.
