cab file not installing on htc touch pro

i develop a game using EDGELIB , for windows Mobile professional 6.0 . i get a CAB file and ,since i have no real device I install it in VGA emulator to run and test my game.
it works fine , and my game running without any crash.
since it runs smoothly on emulator , i sent same CAB file with out any modifications to my client who is having HTC Touch pro mobile (running on Windows mobile 6.1).
but he can't able to install my CAB file into his device.he replied that "the build is very unstable and continually crashes my HTC Touch Pro "...
i don't know why this happen. I am a newbee to mobile applications .
so can you tell me why my CAB file is not installing in real device , but it works fine in emulator .
Did i mis any thing. ?
Give me the procedure that how to prepare a CAB file which is to be installable on real device .
Give me the solution for this .
