How to test under W32 ?

Hi there i'm new under evC++ (and french which makes it not easy to understand sometimes ) i have made my first app, it works well with my ARM pocket pc but i have to run it under CE plateform each time. i'd like to test it under W98, i've seen that ptc.h (prc.lib?) is needed, ok i found it.

My problem is that i have no more "W32 debug or release" choice, i have only "Wce ARM" and i don't find a way to restore "W32x86 emul" choice :'(

just read a post where said C++ is needed instead of eC++
