what does mlook do?

is there a purpose to mlook?  it seems that you can progream buttons to do the same thing.

It's so you can program buttons to do other things and still have mlook.

MLook stands for Mouse Look. It allows you to use an analog input - mouse / stylus, to control yaw and pitch (rotation, looking up/down). This is far superior to binary up / down, and rotate left / right controls. You then use a standard joypad to control motion, which is walking forward / backwards and strafing (sidestepping).<br><br>Dan East

ok, got it, so i just use the stylus to rotate and stuff?  in that little "x" looking thing?<br>BTW: I beat the first level!  wow, I've never played quake before either!  And, how exactly do you cheat?

Or your could bind a button to klook and hold that button down and use the up and down keys to look up and down, which is what I do

There are two cheats on the skin, press the guys purple face to get Quad Damage and the picture of the gun next to it to get all the weapons. otherwise go into the console and type in<br>god   or<br>god on<br>or something. I forget. I think it's the first one

neat, when I get up and running again, i'll try that, as for now, my ppc is out of order!  Looks likr another hard reset .
