Now does the bubble effect speed things up, or does the speed cause the bubble effect?  We may never know;).

It only sped things up by .3 FPS for me, but that's still 33%. And, the bubble effect causes the speed, because the Quake engine no longer does that perspective correction stuff.

Thanks, i thought it was one of those Chicken/Egg things.  That would be funny... stir up a PPC philosophy class or something!
