How do i turn off autocenter?

How do i turn off autocenter?<br>its already off in the configs files so i assume<br>this is tied up in the port somehow Does any one<br>Know a varible for this that i can add to a .cfg<br>file?Thanks in advance

What is autocenter? Like not some long respose thing- just what does it do?

Autocenter brings the pitch back to 0 when you start moving. Thus if you were looking up at the ceiling, then starting walking, you would then be looking straight ahead again.<br><br>I had to disable auto center in the source code to get the stylus mlook input working properly. That area still needs some work. 999 had a suggestion that when the stylus is lifted off of the screen the view would autocenter. That would be cool.<br><br>Dan East

Thanks, why would anyone want that off? Heey, just make it an option.  I think the future of PQ will be in the options available to the player.  Some (like me) prefer function over fasion, but others like their PocketQuake shaken, not stirred. they want the sky, and the sun, and monsters to have gold earrings... etc. but options are definately a part of the future of this game.
