Ok, nevermind, i got everything to work perfect, now i have another problem, my full version of quake on my PC doesnt have pak files or anything! All the maps and sounds and stuff are different files in folders in the ID1 folder! WTF??!?!

Maybe its a hidden file when you are in your ID1 folder click on tools--> folder options --> View and at the bottom there should be an icon of a folder with the words Hidden Files and Folders next to it. Click the radio button on the bottom that says Show hidden files and folders and then hopefully you will be able to get your file then. If not I dunno, I don't have quake.
