Yet another sill request ....

Yet another sill request ....

Dan,

I group certain files in different directories. I like to keep these files zipped. So, when I want to use a group of files, I go the directory, select each file, and then unzip them all (and reverse the process to zip them back up).

Being even lazier than normal, is there a way to just select a directory and have the program zip or unzip all the files in the directory?

Thanks,
AW

Oh... hrmmm... I didn't know that, I thought for sure you could zip up directories... Are you sure it doesn't show up?

I plan on adding the ability to zip up an entire directory. One thing to at least ease your pain in the meantime is to tap-hold on a file in the directory and select "Select / Navigate -> Select Siblings". That will select everything in the directory. If you find yourself using that a lot, then you can add the Select Siblings command directly to the Toolbar.

Heh.. there is quite a lot to it. It truly is the most advanced file explorer out there, the only thing it doesn't have on others is the speed, which still isn't that bad. I wouldn't expect many major updates until Varium is finished, but that's for Dan to say, not me.
holy internets batman.
